Activities offered through Partners Mentoring Youth are divided into two different groups: Partners Nexus Group and Partnerships. The Partners Nexus Group activities are for kids who are waiting to be matched with a mentor (Senior Partner) and Partnership activities are for kids who have already been matched with a mentor.

If your child is in a Partnership, your child will sign up for activities through their Senior Partner. They will also be providing your child’s transportation to and from the activity.

If your child is in the Partners Nexus Group in Fort Collins or Loveland, you will sign up through Heather Vesgaard, our Program Director, at 484-7123 or heather@partnersmentoringyouth.org. If your child is in the Partners Nexus Group in Estes Park, you will sign up for activities through Diana Laughlin at 577-9348 or diana@partnersmentoringyouth.org. In Fort Collins, Loveland, and Estes park, a fully screened Activity Volunteer will pick your Nexus child up, participate in the activity with them and bring them home.
